  6. I placed an order #7776 on 12th September and have a pay pal confirmation and the money has been debited from my account, however the items are still showing in my basket.

    Can you confirm that the order has been recieved and if possible give me an idea of a likely delivery date. I understand you are a small operation and produce in house so i’m not going to be offended by a bit of lead time.

  25. Hi, this is the 2nd time I find myself contacting you re a previous order. I have been patiently waiting for some weeks now for your response.
    Sometime in August I ordered a personalised bog standard sergeant mug, which I eventually recieved. However the handle of the mug was chipped therefore I contacted you querying whether or not a replacement could be sent out (attached to this email was a picture of the damaged mug). To date I have had no response.
    The mug was meant to be a present for a colleague who had left the shift to be promoted.
